Alicia Townsend, Ph.D. is a clinical psychologist who combines compassion and empathy along with Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to help individuals improve their emotional health. She works with children ages 13 and older, and adults of all ages with emotional and behavioral problems at Dr. Messina & Associates, in Southlake, Texas.

Dr. Townsend specializes in treating problems like anxiety disorders, depression, obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), panic, and relationship problems. She collaborates with psychiatrists, dietitians, and other professionals to ensure her patients receive the most appropriate care.
