Jamie McNichol, Psy.D. is a skilled clinical psychologist with over a decade of experience in the psychological assessment of children, adolescents, and adults ranging from ages 7 to 90. She completed a postdoctoral fellowship at Momentous Institute in 2009. She served as the 2012-2013 President of the Dallas Psychological Association (DPA). In addition to direct work with clients, she has provided didactic training and direct supervision for APA psychology internship program and postdoctoral fellows. In this time, she also provided direct supervision and didactic training focused in family systems/therapeutic approaches for University of Texas Southwestern (UTSW) Child and Adolescent Psychiatry Fellows in Dallas, Texas.

Currently, Dr. McNichol works with clients in outpatient private practice as well as inpatient subacute/acute hospital settings. She continues to build upon academic studies, obtaining advanced clinical training using a variety of approaches including interpersonal, behavioral, cognitive-behavioral, mindfulness-based cognitive therapy and insight-oriented techniques.
