About Dr. Mendoza
Steffi Mendoza, MD, is a psychiatrist who is passionate about helping individuals live to their fullest potential through quality healthcare and medication management. She works with children, adolescents, and adults with emotional and behavior problems at Dr. Messina & Associates, in Southlake, Texas.
She is board-certified in child and adolescent psychiatry and in general psychiatry. She has worked in private practice, hospital, and university settings. Her training and experience have sharpened her knowledge and expertise in diagnosing and treating psychiatric disorders, while cultivating her practice of developing supportive and collaborative relationships with her patients and their families. Dr. Mendoza treats anxiety, depression, ADHD, Autism, OCD, trauma, and behavioral disorders.
Dr. Mendoza believes in a compassionate approach to medication management. Serving in several community-based volunteer roles, Dr. Mendoza gives her time and expertise to serve in diverse settings. Her ministry background and service with various community-based organizations has helped her develop an empathetic style and ability to connect with patients, all while providing competent clinical care.
